Shino Chaire

This wood fired chaire (powdered tea container) has a lustrous Shino glaze that shows great variations in coloration in response to the wood ash deposits it has received.  The lid is made of thrown porcelain and it has fused ash deposits on the exterior and the traditional gold on the interior.  Comes with documentation and (optional) signed wooden storage box.  #6011
